Book your place at the first Cranleigh: Inspiring Women in Business in International Women’s Week
It is for those women who have already started their own business, are considering doing so or have reached a cross roads in their life and are in need of inspiration regarding what to do next.
It is an opportunity to listen to women in business tell their stories, inspire you and help you to succeed. It is also an opportunity to network with like-minded women.
You will hear from inspirational speakers running their own businesses already and the challenges they have met and overcome. Their stories will be funny and sad, challenging and triumphal but women will recognise many of those experiences in their own journeys. The full speaker list will be confirmed shortly.
Refreshments with networking will be available from 9.30am and the first speaker will start at 10am. At midday the speakers will then form a panel to take questions in an informal format. This will be followed by a buffet lunch from 12.30pm, with lots of opportunity to network.
This event is being organised and chaired by Cranleigh Chamber of Commerce committee member, Rosemary French, who received an OBE for services to women in business.
The event is open to members and non-members and to women who may live in Cranleigh but work outside of the area.
Please note that this event is aimed at women. We would encourage male led businesses to send their female managers and staff along.
Cranleigh and District is a great place for women to run their own business. Cranleigh Chamber of Commerce aims to make it much better!
