Tax planning with a limited company
June 11 @ 10:00 - 11:00Free
Whether you already trade through a limited company, or are wondering whether there would be advantages in doing so, this free workshop will cover the key tax reasons why you may wish to do so.
For example, as the owner of your business you may wish to have more control over your personal income tax liabilities from the profits the business generates.
Some tax reliefs are only available to companies, such as R&D tax relief – a company may therefore provide access to this very valuable relief.
Alternatively, a company may allow you to raise funds in a tax efficient manner, giving your business a much-needed cash flow boost.
These and other key tax issues will be covered in this one hour workshop, presented by Steve Hoare, Partner at Wilkins Kennedy.
The workshop will be followed by a small number of one-to-one private consultation sessions of 15 minutes each, giving you the opportunity to discuss specific tax issues relevant to you and your business. These need to be pre-booked in advance by email to Julie Alexandersen.
This workshop is exclusively for members of Cranleigh Chamber of Commerce. There’s no cost to take part and six spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
