Peter Poppers Gourmet Popcorn

We’re a small family business based in Surrey County England.  We started in June of 2012 for the Queens’ Jubilee weekend and have been doing festivals, fairs, fetes and markets ever since then.

Our popcorn is an old fashioned, Sweet & Salty popcorn that we cook onsite in an 80 qt. stainless steel kettle, traditionally known as “kettle corn” in other parts of the world. We make a bit of a show with it, stirring the pot with a big wooden paddle, the corn popping up and over. It smells and tastes wonderful!!

FYI – Popcorn is a very healthy snack containing high amounts of Fiber, B6 Vitamins and poly-phenol antioxidants.  If the weather is hot and the sun is shining, we also make “Lemon Shakers” which is a fresh squeezed Lemonade made with Lemons, Caster Sugar and Spring Water.
