Our networking meeting switches to an evening in September, as we head to Rudgwick to sample some beers, enjoy cheese on toast and hear about the entrepreneurial journey of Richard Peters and Bill King of Firebird Brewing Co., and Rob Bookham of Bookham Harrison Farms.
Firebird Brewing Co. brew outstanding examples of the best traditional beers from around the World at their Brickworks Brewery. They use modern science and years of experience to make their beers.
Bookham Harrison are a family run business, part of a larger farming enterprise, with its main focus being dairy and the milking of 1200 cows.
